Excellent place with free wi-fi, a friendly bar lounge area, and helpful staff. They once printed my tickets without a hitch! I recommend trying the kids' menu. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Great views from the balcony!

I was super pleased with my stay! The room was really cozy, and I loved the balcony view of Porthminster beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were great, really friendly. Only bummer was the shower being a bit dodgy.

I enjoyed the fine views from my sea view room at The Bay. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the beach. The staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was quite nice, with a good selection. It struggled to accommodate more than one person with luggage. My room had a musty smell, which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom needed a bit more attention to cleanliness, as I noticed some mould. The carpets in public areas felt worn and added to a dated vibe. Despite these drawbacks, I loved the ambiance and the beautiful setting of the hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views of the bay. The room wasvery comfy and tidy with good tea/coffee facilities, but the common areas could use some maintenance as they felt a bit outdated and neglected. Staff friendliness varied, and sometimes the service wasn't as prompt as one would hope.
